Completed Projects

All of the bibles that we give to soldiers come with the support of The Queensland Bible Society with whom we have a partnership agreement.

All the bibles have to be paid for and delivered with camouflage covers suitable for soldiers in the military.

Zimbabwe
8,000 bibles (1997) Came out of the Youth Alive mission to Zimbabwe in that year.
Zambia
20,000 bibles (1999) given during a mission tour where hundreds of soldiers gave their heart to Christ Jesus. Special handover ceremony with President Chiluba presented with the first bible.
Swaziland
4,000 bibles (2000) Special handover ceremony with the support of the King of Swaziland.
Nigeria
1,000 bibles (2001) Given outside of Operation AfricaĆ­s brief and made available to prisons in Nigeria where prisoners face incredible degradation and hardship.
Malawi
11,000 bibles (2001) Completed with the involvement of the President of the Republic of Malawi, Dr Bakili Muluzi.

2,500 bibles (2003) follow up delivery after the 1999 project.

2,000 bibles (2005/2006)

White River
Ever since the year 2000 Operation Africa has been supporting a major orphans project in White River, South Africa. We have been sending significant funds every month since that time up until mid 2008.
